About Kmind
"Engaged students are 2.5X more likely to say that they get excellent grades and do well in school, and they are 4.5X more likely to be hopeful about their future than their actively disengaged peers."
— 2018 Gallup Study
At Kmind, our programs and courses are developed with educational psychology in mind. We aim to create the connection between our teachers and students, making them all highly engaged in the classes and benefit the most from our program.
I-E-O Model
Our I-E-O philosophy explains how we foster engagement at Kmind. The input comes from our students, including their unique personalities, learning motivations, efforts, and expectations. The output includes measurable learning outcomes, student satisfaction, as well as the enhancement of their autonomy and motivation.

When it comes to the environment, we manage 8 factors to build an engaging virtual classroom - where we invest significantly to provide the best experience to our students.

WE BELIEVE
We are a group of true believers of the Ecological Systems Theory, which was developed by American psychologist Urie Bronfenbrenner to explain how multiple levels of environments affect children's development. It reviews child development as a complex system of relationships that are affected by the surrounding environment, from immediate family and school settings to broad cultural values, laws, and customs. By sharing the theory with our parents, we're committed to build a supportive environment where teachers, parents, and students are all involved and connected.
Our Impact
Our I-E-O Philosophy guides everything we do. By managing key environmental factors and involving teachers, parents, and students as partners, we build a community where every child can thrive.
